Ingredients
  

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup sliced radishes
  • tablespoons toasted sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, red pepper flakes, white wine vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Brush the salmon fillets on both sides with the olive oil mixture.
  • Place the salmon on the preheated grill or grill pan and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, until cooked through.
  • Remove the salmon from the grill and transfer to a plate.
  • In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, radishes, parsley, dill, and chives.
  • Add the sesame seeds and the remaining olive oil mixture to the salad and toss to combine.
  • Place the salad onto two plates and top each plate with a salmon fillet.
