Ingredients
  

  • 4 lbs Tuna Steaks
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Baby Spinach and Lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to high heat.
  • Brush the fish with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Grill each side for 2 minutes. Make sure that the center be raw to avoid the dryness of the tuna.
  • Rest for 5 to 10 minutes and serve on a serving platter. Garnish with lettuce and baby spinach.

Notes

Tuna is an excellent source of vitamin B12 which is essential for DNA and prevention of anemia. It is also rich in omega-3 which decreases the bad cholesterol in the blood and prevents heart diseases. In addition to that, it is high in protein which supports weight loss.
