Ingredients
  

  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1/3 Cup White Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 4 Swordfish Steaks
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Parsley
  • 4 Lemon Slices for Garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a baking dish, mix the garlic, white vinegar , lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oilg, salt and pepper. Mixto blend .
  • Place swordfish steaks into the marinade, and refrigerate for 1 hour, turning frequently.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat, and lightly oil the grate.
  • Grill swordfish steaks for 5 to 6 minutes on each side. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
