Grilled Shrimp Tacos with Sriracha

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
  • 3 Lemons
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 1/2 Kg Peeled Shrimps
  • 1/4 Shredded Red Cabbage
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 4 Tortillas

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, cilantro, and 1/3 of the lemon juice. Add salt and pepper.
  • Put the shrimps in a bowl and add the above mixture to them. Marinate for about 20 minutes
  • Prepare the sriracha slaw in a large bowl, add chopped red cabbage with mayo, remaining lemon juice and Sriracha, then add salt
  • Heat the grill to high. Then grill the shrimps 3 minutes per side.
  • Grill tortillas 1 minute per side.
  • Serve shrimp in tortillas with the sriracha slaw.
