Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Sirloin steak
  • 1/3 Cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Brown sugar
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1 tbsp Ground ginger
  • 2 Cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Black Pepper
  • Green Onion

Instructions
 

  • Heat grill to medium-high heat
  • In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice and ginger.
  • Add steak and toss it in the mix until coated. Marinate it in the fridge, at least 15 minutes
  • In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with olive oil.
  • Put the steak and broccoli in skewers and add all over with pepper.
  • Grill the steak until is medium, 8 minutes.
  • Squeeze with lemon, sprinkle on top with green onions, and serve in a serving platter

Notes

Nutritional Info about the plate
Broccoli is a good source of fiber and protein
It contains iron, potassium, calcium, selenium and magnesium in addition to  vitamins A, C, E, K and a good source of B vitamins including folic acid which are very important for the nervous system.
Regarding soy sauce, make sure to choose a low sodium one to avoid an increase in the blood pressure especially if you have history with hypertension.
