Ingredients
  

For the turkey burger

  • 1/2 kg Ground Turkey
  • 3 Tbsp Diced red onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Thai basel
  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

For the Asian slaw

  • 1 Cup grated carrots
  • 1 Cup shredded red cabbage
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt

Spicy sauce

  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 tbsp sriracha

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat
  • Mix all the burger ingredients in a bowl and shape 5 burgers
  • Put all the slaw ingredients in one bowl and mix
  • Mix the mayo with sriracha in a small bowl
  • Grill the burgers 5 minutes each side, and toast the buns
  • Spread the spicy sauce on the bun then add the slaw with cucumber on top
