Thai Turkey Grilled Burger

For the turkey burger
- 1/2 kg Ground Turkey
- 3 Tbsp Diced red onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
- 2 tbsp Chopped Thai basel
- 1 tbsp Lime Juice
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
For the Asian slaw
- 1 Cup grated carrots
- 1 Cup shredded red cabbage
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Spicy sauce
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp sriracha
Preheat the grill to medium heat
Mix all the burger ingredients in a bowl and shape 5 burgers
Put all the slaw ingredients in one bowl and mix
Mix the mayo with sriracha in a small bowl
Grill the burgers 5 minutes each side, and toast the buns
Spread the spicy sauce on the bun then add the slaw with cucumber on top
