In a medium bowl, combine the cilantro, pineapple, habaneropepper, red onion, jalapeno pepper, and parsley.
Place the bell pepper, zucchini, and yellow squash on thepreheated grill. Grill for 5-7 minutes, or until tender and lightly charred.
Remove the vegetables from the grill and set aside.
Place the chicken breasts on the preheated grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the grill and top with thepineapple-habanero salsa.
Serve the grilled chicken with the grilled vegetables
