Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, fresh dill, and garlic powder.
  • Place the salmon fillets in a shallow baking dish, and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the salmon for4-5 minutes per side, or until it’s cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the Greek yogurt and whisk until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the remaining dill.
  • Serve the salmon with the creamy dill sauce.
