Grilled Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce
The salmon is marinated and grilled to perfection, and then topped with a creamy dill sauce that adds just the right touch of flavor

- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, fresh dill, and garlic powder.
Place the salmon fillets in a shallow baking dish, and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the salmon for4-5 minutes per side, or until it’s cooked through.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the Greek yogurt and whisk until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in the remaining dill.
Serve the salmon with the creamy dill sauce.
