Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
In a medium bowl, combine the apple wedges and olive oil. Toss to coat.
Grill the apples for 8-10 minutes, turning once, until lightly charred.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the spiced apple cider, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture has reduced and thickened.
Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
Place the grilled apples in a serving dish and pour the spiced apple cider glaze over the top.
Serve warm. Enjoy!
