- 4 apples, cored and cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup spiced apple cider
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- Pinch of ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
- In a medium bowl, combine the apple wedges and olive oil. Toss to coat.
- Grill the apples for 8-10 minutes, turning once, until lightly charred.
