  • 8 slices Monterey jack
  • 8 slices white bread
  • 2 avocado
  • 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard

Instructions
 

  • cut the avocado into little chunks and steer them with some salt and pepper to taste
  • spread on side of the bread with dijon Mustard and the other side with the avocado mixture
  • layer 2 slices of cheese and grill on both side until golden brown for 5 mins on each sider
