In a large bowl, combine the BBQ sauce, olive oil, lime juice, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and mix until the wings are evenly coated in the marinade. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight.
To make the avocado-cilantro aioli, combine the avocado, cilantro, mayonnaise, garlic, lime juice, salt, and black pepper in a food processor and blend until smooth
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the chicken wings for 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through, or until the chicken wings are cooked through.
Serve the chicken wings with the avocado-cilantro aioli and enjoy.
