Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with the olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Place the wings on the grill, and cook for about 10 minutes, flipping occasionally
Meanwhile, make the chipotle-lime glaze. In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, combine the ketchup, apple cider vinegar, honey, chipotle peppers, and lime juice. Stir to combine and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Once the wings are cooked through, brush them with the glaze. Serve immediately.
