  • 4 bell peppers, any color
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the stem, seeds, and ribs.
  • Brush the peppers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the pepper halves on the grill, cut side down, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Flip the peppers over and cook for an additional 5 minutes until lightly charred and tender.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, mustard, and garlic.
  • Remove the peppers from the grill and brush with the honey-mustard glaze. serve and enjoy
