Grilled Bell Peppers with Honey-Mustard Glaze

- 4 bell peppers, any color
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the stem, seeds, and ribs.
Brush the peppers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place the pepper halves on the grill, cut side down, and cook for 5 minutes.
Flip the peppers over and cook for an additional 5 minutes until lightly charred and tender.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, mustard, and garlic.
Remove the peppers from the grill and brush with the honey-mustard glaze. serve and enjoy
