Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Place chicken wings on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
Grill chicken wings for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are cooked through.
In a small bowl, mix together the hot sauce, melted butter, honey, and thyme.
When chicken wings are done grilling, brush the honey-thyme glaze over the wings, making sure each wing is evenly coated.
Place the wings back on the grill and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the glaze has caramelized.
