- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, and thyme.
Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and season each side with salt and pepper.
Grill the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches165°F.
