  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, and thyme.
  • Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and coat with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and season each side with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches165°F.
  • Serve with the remaining honey-mustard sauce.
