To prepare the sauce, mix vinegar, sugar, oil, ginger, jalapeno, garlic and cilantro in a small bowl

Clean gills from the crab
Preheat the grill to medium heat
Place the crab, brush it with the mixture you did before and close the lid for about 3 minutes
Grill the crab on the other side and brush again with the mixture for more 6 minutes
When the meat becomes opaque, this means that the crab is ready
Serve the crab on a serving platter and garnish with lemon wedges
