Grilled Halibut with Garlic-Herb Butter
This grilled halibut dish is simple to prepare, yet full of flavor. The garlic-herb butter sauce is made with fresh garlic, herbs, butter, and olive oil.

- 4 halibut fillets
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (such as parsley, thyme, and rosemary), finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Place the halibut fillets on a plate and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and herbs and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and stir in the olive oil.
Place the halibut fillets on the preheated grill and brush with the garlic-herb butter sauce.
Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through.
