In a large bowl, combine honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes and black pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Preheat a grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, combine BBQ sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
Grill the chicken wings for 10-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through and lightly charred.
Baste the wings with the spicy-honey BBQ sauce and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Serve the wings with the remaining BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
