Large Salmon Fillet: 2 lbs
Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients.
In a shallow glass dish place the salmon and add the marinade over it.
Cover the dish and refregerate it for 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Place salmon on the grill and cover it. Grill it for 10 to 20 minutes.
Serve on a serving platter with veggies and rice if you prefer.
