Grilled Honey Glazed Salmon

  • 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 Large Salmon Fillet: 2 lbs

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients.
  • In a shallow glass dish place the salmon and add the marinade over it.
  • Cover the dish and refregerate it for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  • Place salmon on the grill and cover it. Grill it for 10 to 20 minutes.
  • Serve on a serving platter with veggies and rice if you prefer.
