In a large bowl, combine the honey, mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl and mix until the wings are evenly coated in the marinade.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Place the wings on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
While the wings are cooking, make the salsa. In a medium bowl, combine the diced avocado, tomato, red onion, lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
Once the wings are cooked through, remove them from the grill and serve with the salsa.
