  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the honey, mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  • Add the chicken wings to the bowl and mix until the wings are evenly coated in the marinade.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place the wings on the grill and cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • While the wings are cooking, make the salsa. In a medium bowl, combine the diced avocado, tomato, red onion, lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  • Once the wings are cooked through, remove them from the grill and serve with the salsa.
