Ingredients
  

  • 2 bunches of kale, washed and stems removed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds
  • 2 oranges, peeled and cut into sections
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1 table spoon nuts
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Toss the kale in the olive oil and season with salt and pepper
  • Place the kale on the grill and cook for 5 minutes, until the leaves are slightly wilted and charred.
  • Remove the kale from the grill and place it in a large bowl.
  • Add the almonds and orange sections to the bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, ginger, honey, and vinegar.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
  • sprinkle the nuts and the orange slices on top and serve
