Grilled Mahi-Mahi with Mango-Avocado Salsa
The mahi-mahi is marinated in olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice and then grilled to perfection

- 2 lbs mahi-mahi fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 avocado, diced
- ⅓ red onion, finely diced
- 1 jalapeno, finely diced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a shallow bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice. Add the mahi-mahi fillets and season with salt and pepper. Marinate for 30 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine the mango, avocado, red onion, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil. Mix until combined and set aside.
Grill the mahi-mahi for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
Serve the mahi-mahi with the mango-avocado salsa. Enjoy!
