  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • ¼ cup balsamic glaze

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and shape it into a circle.
  • Brush the dough with olive oil and carefully place it onto the grill.
  • Grill for 3-4 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown.
  • Flip the dough over and top with mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, and fresh basil
  • Grill for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve immediately
