- 2 hanger steaks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- salt and pepper to taste
Ina small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Stir until combined.
Place the hanger steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the steaks. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Rub the steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
Grill the steaks for about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness
