Ingredients
  

  • 2 hanger steaks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Ina small bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Stir until combined.
  • Place the hanger steaks in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the steaks. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Rub the steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
  • Grill the steaks for about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness
  • Serve with your favorite sides
