- 1 lbs potatoes cut ¼" slices
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 3 tbsp butter
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
Place foil packets on the counter and spray with cooking spray.
in a bowl mix the potatoes and onions with the spices and the melted butter
place the mixed veggies on the aluminon foil and fold it on it self
Grill over medium heat for 30 minutes or until soft.
