Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs potatoes cut ¼" slices
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Place foil packets on the counter and spray with cooking spray.
  • in a bowl mix the potatoes and onions with the spices and the melted butter
  • place the mixed veggies on the aluminon foil and fold it on it self
  • Grill over medium heat for 30 minutes or until soft.
