Grilled Peach Salad with Spinach and Raspberries Recipe
The combination of sweet grilled peaches and earthy spinach makes for a light, fresh-tasting salad. Pair it with your favorite protein for lunch or dinner.

- 1 cup raspberries
- 5 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
- 2 medium peaches, sliced into thin wedges
- ⅓ cup toasted sliced almonds
- ½ cup raspberry vinaigrette
Preheat grill to high heat (it needs to be hot to minimize sticking). Brush the sliced peaches on both sides with some olive oil. Grill each side for 2-3 minutes, undisturbed to allow grill marks to develop. Once ready, transfer to a plate
On a large platter, arrange a bed of mixed spinach and top with the raspberries, grilled peaches, and almonds, and drizzle with the vinaigrette to taste. Enjoy
