  • 4 ripe plums, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place the plums on the grill, cut side down.
  • Grill for about 3-4 minutes, until the plums are softened and lightly charred.
  • In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the honey and vanilla extract and stir until combined.
  • Brush the honey-vanilla glaze over the plums and grill for an additional minute, until the glaze is slightly caramelized. serve warm
