Ingredients
  

  • 4 large potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the potato wedges on the grill and cook, flipping occasionally, until they are golden brown and tender, about 10 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together garlic, mayonnaise, lime juice, and chipotle chili powder.
  • Serve the grilled potato wedges with the chipotle-lime aioli. Enjoy!
