Ingredients
  

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
  • Rub the steaks with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the steaks for about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness
  • Mean while, in a small bowl, combine the garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, and red pepper flakes. Stir until combined.
  • Once the steaks are cooked, top with the garlic and herb rub. Serve with your favorite sides
