Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds of salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
  • 2 cups of diced mango
  • 1 jalapeno, finely diced
  • ¼ cup of freshly chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons of lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Cut the salmon fillets into 4 equal-sized patties.
  • Brush each patty with olive oil and season with garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the patties on the preheated grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • While the salmon patties are cooking, make the mango-jalapeno salsa. Combine the mango, jalapeno, cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil in a medium bowl and mix until combined.
  • Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for 1 minute per side.
  • Place the grilled salmon patties on the toasted buns and top with the mango-jalapeno salsa.
