  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium-high heat until it is no longer pink.
  • In a separate skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the bell peppers and onion and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  • Remove the sausage and vegetables from the heat and set aside.
  • Place the pizza crust on the preheated grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
  • Spread the pizza sauce over the crust, then top with the sausage and vegetables. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the top.
  • Cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
  • Slice and serve.
