  • 2 pounds of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 8 flour or corn tortillas
  • Toppings: lettuce, tomato, avocado, sour cream, cheese, etc
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 avocados, diced

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, combine the shrimp, garlic, paprika, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until the shrimp is evenly coated.
  • Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Add the shrimp to the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, until the shrimp is cooked through.
  • Remove the shrimp from the heat and set aside.
  • Heat the tortillas on the grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
  • To assemble the tacos, add the shrimp, tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream to each tortilla.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the garlic and paprika. Sprinkle the mixture over the tacos.
  • Serve the tacos immediately.
