Ingredients
  

  • 2 sirloin steaks
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cups potatoes, cubed
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Rub the steaks with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill the steaks for about 5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.
  • Meanwhile,in a medium pot, bring water to a boil. Add the potatoes and boil for 10minutes, or until fork-tender. Drain and set aside.
  •  In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, parsley, shallot, garlic powder ,onion powder, and apple cider vinegar. Stir until combined.
  • Add the potatoes to the dressing and stir until all the potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Serve the steak over the potato salad and enjoy.
