Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cubed
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 yellow squash, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
  • Rub the steak cubes with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Skewer the steak cubes, bell pepper, onion, zucchini, and squash onto separate skewers.
  • Grill the skewers for about 5 minutes per side, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
  • Serve with your favorite sides
