- 1 pound sirloin steak, cubed
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 zucchini, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow squash, cut into 1-inch pieces
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat
Rub the steak cubes with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Skewer the steak cubes, bell pepper, onion, zucchini, and squash onto separate skewers.
Grill the skewers for about 5 minutes per side, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
