Ingredients
  

  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper diced
  • 1 orange bell pepper diced
  • 3 cup chopped leaves romaine lettuce 
  • 3 small tomato sliced
  • 3 beef steak marbled
  • ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your vegetables as listed above and place them into your serving bowl.
  • In a jar or a mixing bowl, add your ingredients for your dressing, seal it and shake until the ingredients are mixed well.
  • Season your steak with salt on each side. Add it to the hot grill and grill on each side for 3 minutes . This will make the steak medium rare. If you prefer a more cooked steak, cook it for 5-6 minutes until well done.
  • Slice your steak into bite size pieces and top it onto your salad. Add the dressing and enjoy!
