Grilled Steak Salad with Asian Dressing

- 1 cucumber sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper diced
- 1 orange bell pepper diced
- 3 cup chopped leaves romaine lettuce
- 3 small tomato sliced
- 3 beef steak marbled
- ¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 3 tbsp mustard
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- Salt and Pepper
Prepare your vegetables as listed above and place them into your serving bowl.
In a jar or a mixing bowl, add your ingredients for your dressing, seal it and shake until the ingredients are mixed well.
Season your steak with salt on each side. Add it to the hot grill and grill on each side for 3 minutes . This will make the steak medium rare. If you prefer a more cooked steak, cook it for 5-6 minutes until well done.
Slice your steak into bite size pieces and top it onto your salad. Add the dressing and enjoy!
