  • 1 pint of strawberries, washed and hulled
  • 1 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • ½ cup of white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon of heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar. Add the strawberries and toss to coat.
  • Place the strawberries on the preheated grill and cook for 3-4 minutes, turning once.
  • In a small saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and heavy cream and stir over low heat until completely melted and creamy.
  • Serve the grilled strawberries with the white chocolate sauce.
