Ingredients
  

  • 2 lb chicken wings
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

For the garlic-herb butter:

  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  • Place the chicken wings in the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • To make the garlic-herb butter, combine the butter, garlic, parsley, chives, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix until well combined.
  • Remove the wings from the marinade and place on the preheated grill. Grill for 10-12 minutes, flipping occasionally, until the wings are cooked through.
  • Brush the wings with the garlic-herb butter and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Serve the wings hot with the remaining garlic-herb butter. Enjoy!
