  • 1 block firm or extra-firm tofu, drained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 8 corn tortillas

Instructions
 

  • Cut the tofu into small cubes and place in a shallow bowl.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, honey, mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, and cumin until combined.
  • Pour the marinade over the tofu cubes and stir to evenly coat. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.
  • Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium heat.
  • Grill the tofu cubes for 8-10 minutes, flipping once, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Heat the tortillas on the grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
  • Serve the grilled tofu in the warm tortillas with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
