Ingredients
  

  • 4 Peppers
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a grill to medium high heat.
  • Cut the peppers peppers and remove seeds and stem inside.
  • In a medium bowl, mix peppers, oil, salt and pepper. Add the peppers to the mix
  • Using tongs, arrange peppers on the grill. Close grill and cook 4 minutes.
  • Flip peppers and close grill to cook another 3-4 minutes
  • Remove peppers to bowl and garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Serve on a serving platter.

Notes

Peppers are a rich source of vitamin A, C, and potassium. They are also packed with fibers that enhance the digestion process. Moreover, peppers are considered a low-calorie snack that also makes you feel full.
