Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Ground Bison
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp Worchesterchire sauce
  • Hot sauce
  • Garlic
  • Pepper
  • 4 Slices Cheese
  • 4 Hamburger Buns

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to high heat and oil the grate
  • Mix bison, , egg, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, garlic, and pepper together in a bowl
  • Form the mixture into patties
  • Place patties on baking sheet, cover with foil, and refrigerate until chilled, about 15 minutes.
  • Place the patties on the grill and grill for 5 minutes each side
  • Top each burger with a slice of cheese and wait until cheese is melted
  • Use a thermometer to check if the inside temperature reaches 140F
  • Serve the burgers on a serving platter

Notes

Bison is a leaner cut than beef so it is better for your health. It is also lower in saturated fats which is a good option for people with heart problems. 
It is like any other meat source, has high protein content and calcium which is essential for bone development. In addition to the B12 content which is needed for DNA and the nervous system as well.
