Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb. skirt steak
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a shallow bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the steak and coat it with the marinade. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill the steak for4-5 minutes per side or until it reaches your desired level of doneness
  • Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing it against the grain.
