The balsamic marinade is made with balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano, and olive oil. This combination of ingredients gives the steak an amazing depth of flavor that is simply irresistible.
Grilled Balsamic Marinated Skirt Steak
- 1 lb. skirt steak
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a shallow bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the steak and coat it with the marinade. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the steak for4-5 minutes per side or until it reaches your desired level of doneness
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing it against the grain.
