Ingredients
  

  • 2 tuna steaks
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Brush both sides of the tuna steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the tuna steaks on the grill and cook for about 8 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
  •  Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine the avocado, tomato, cilantro, balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper.
  • When the tuna steaks are cooked through, remove them from the grill and top with the avocado-tomato salsa.
  • Serve with your favorite side dish and enjoy!
