Ingredients
  

  • ½ pound steak (sirloin, flank, or skirt steak)
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, etc.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  • Rub the steak with the olive oil mixture, making sure to cover all sides of the steak.
  • Place the steak on the preheated grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side, or until the steak reaches the desired temperature.
  • Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, mix together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and lime juice.
  • Simmer over low heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  • Place the steak strips into the taco shells and top with the honey-garlic sauce.
  • Serve immediately with your desired toppings. Enjoy!
