  • 4 ears of sweet corn
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon of chili flakes
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • Peel the husks off of the ears of corn and remove the silk.
  • Place the ears of corn on the preheated grill and cook until they are lightly charred and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  • While the corn is cooking, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, chili flakes, and scallions in a small bowl.
  • Once the corn is cooked, brush the soy sauce mixture on the ears of corn
  • Grill for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Remove the corn from the grill and season with salt and pepper to taste.
