- 4 ears of sweet corn
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon of chili flakes
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Peel the husks off of the ears of corn and remove the silk.
Place the ears of corn on the preheated grill and cook until they are lightly charred and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
While the corn is cooking, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, chili flakes, and scallions in a small bowl.
Once the corn is cooked, brush the soy sauce mixture on the ears of corn
Grill for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Remove the corn from the grill and season with salt and pepper to taste.
