- 4 ears of sweet corn
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon of chili flakes
- 2 scallions, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Peel the husks off of the ears of corn and remove the silk.
- Place the ears of corn on the preheated grill and cook until they are lightly charred and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- While the corn is cooking, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, chili flakes, and scallions in a small bowl.
- Once the corn is cooked, brush the soy sauce mixture on the ears of corn
