yellow onion, diced

cup balsamic vinegar

Tbsp brown sugar

cloves garlic, minced

Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

tsp smoked paprika

tsp ground cumin

tsp garlic powder
½
tsp dried oregano
½
tsp ground black pepper
Kosher salt, to taste
Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
Add the balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, oregano, pepper, and salt. Stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the sauce cool.
Store the sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
